My dad gave me this little duck finger puppet a very long time ago.
It was sunny and we were in Caracas.

It was the first gift of him I truly loved,
it's still one of the most beautiful things I own.

The days before X-mas we took the ferry to Picton and from there another
boat took us to ship cove, where we started our tramp. This photo of the area
was taken way earlier though when I flew back from Austria and while landing
in Wellington had a nice view of this part of the south island.

a lovely sunday breakfast of

♥ heartshaped chocolate chips cookies v* and I made yesterday.
♥ heartshaped toast with guava jam and candy sprinkles.
♥ sparkling mimosa (because champagne is for breakfast too!).
♥ organic indian chai tea.

I love waking up early and having breakfast while gazing out the window. I love quiet mornings and time to dream and sip tea as slow as you can. I love mimosas in the morning because they make me feel all tingly and glittering inside, I love setting up the table for one and using all the special china, because there is nothing greater than starting the morning with beauty and joy.

There is no way to ruin a day after a wonderful breakfast!

Every sunday afternoon I have spa time for myself.

exfoliate, scrub, green clay maks and softening milky masks.
Some people find it terribly boring to sit around and do such things
but I could never get tired of it, it's wonderful.
